Monthly one-on-ones with your coach; quarterly team meetings where we all can optionally present what we are learning from reading a book in our Acorn library about teamwork, communication, and leadership; frequent team bonding activities where you can have fun with your team and get to know them on a deeper level. We’re having a blast over here! Recent team activities include family night at Top Golf, pedicures, an afternoon at Bullwinkle’s, and terrarium building!
